You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades aren’t available during the initial 12-month commitment.
After your first 90 days of membership, once per membership year, subject to clinical approval. Your monthly credit and member pricing start right away.
Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport and Daxxify) are regularly $15/unit. Members pay $14, $13 or $12 per unit depending on tier, with a $200 minimum neurotoxin treatment.
