What is TRT?

Restoring a healthy range, when it’s truly low.

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) restores testosterone to a healthy range in men whose levels are clinically low, a condition known as hypogonadism. Low testosterone is confirmed by symptoms together with laboratory testing, not by age alone.

At Nordic Clinic, TRT is delivered with testosterone pellets: tiny, rice-sized pellets placed beneath the skin that release testosterone steadily for approximately 3 to 6 months, with no daily gels or weekly injections.

Why men choose pellets

  • No daily application or self-injecting
  • A steady, consistent release designed to reduce peaks and valleys
  • A quick in-clinic procedure every few months
  • Ongoing monitoring by your clinician
How it works

I wanted subtle improvements without looking like I had work done. The team at Nordic Clinic explained everything before the service. The results look completely natural and I’m looking forward to going back for more soon.

TRT questions.

Start with Nordic 360 →
Is TRT right for everyone?

No. TRT is offered only when it is clinically appropriate, after an evaluation and lab work. Your clinician will discuss benefits, risks and alternatives with you.

How do I know if my testosterone is low?

Symptoms alone aren’t enough. Low testosterone is confirmed with laboratory testing alongside a review of your symptoms and health history.

How long do testosterone pellets last?

Pellets release testosterone steadily for approximately 3 to 6 months. Your clinician will plan your next treatment based on your labs and how you feel.

What does the pellet procedure involve?

After a local anesthetic, a tiny incision is made in the upper hip area and the pellets are placed beneath the skin. No stitches are usually needed.

Are labs and follow-ups included?

No. Labs are billed separately and may be covered by insurance. Follow-up visits are billed separately; Nordic Men members can pay for them with their membership credit.

Do members save on TRT?

Yes. Nordic Men Signature members save $40 and Elite members save $50 on each pellet treatment session. A membership never includes TRT automatically.
